Wild Wings brought 
six beautiful raptors (carnivore birds of prey), to visit us 
yesterday. We started out on the hill, but the heat and bees soon chased us inside. However, even with the change of plans we learned about both the birds and this wonderful not-for-profit educational organization that houses and cares for permanently injured birds.

We are all invited to their facility at Mendon Ponds, where we can view all 24 birds and even volunteer.
