Our newly renovated Discovery Room is always open! Children will delight in playing with the library's wooden kitchen, playing dress-up, dipping their fingers in our highly tactile water beads, or building with wood blocks or bristle blocks. Don't forget our complete train set too!!!!
Saturday we were visited by a "therapy" cat, Kipper! Children were invited to read to this affectionate friend, and adults could just stop by and play with him.
We've had fun things happening at the library this month. We had our 3rd annual pie contest and social. Congratulations to Joan Handfield on her winning pie! Look for our Super Chili Bowl coming in January!

On the kids' day off, Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we invited them in to play with Ozobots. These are powerful tiny robots that teach STEM and computer science learning through a collection of game based activities in an easy-to-understand color code language.
