SPRING BREAK

We had great fun this spring break. Aside from our regular story times and programs we had Lorraine from the Master Gardeners of Wayne County come and read "Jack's Garden" and help us start our own gardens.

Then we had a "Picnic at the Lake" with the puppets from Barrel of Fun Productions. We laughed, sang and danced! It brightened up our dreary Thursday.

2010 Friends Endowment Grant

The goals of the Friends Endowment for the Macedon Public Library are to promote literacy, enhance enjoyment of the library, and enrich the educational experiences of library patrons by providing non-operational funding to support services, programs, and special projects that the library cannot hope to fund out of its limited annual budget.

So, if you have an idea for any of the above, come in and pick-up an application and submit it to the Endowment Committee, care of the Macedon Public Library, by May 28, 2010.

Good Luck!!
